Pineapple Pastilla

Ingredients

Pineapple – peeled, cored and quartered
Butter
Sugar
Clove powder
Filo pastry
Icing sugar
Lemon
Strawberry

Preparation

  1. Heat a pan, melt butter and add sugar to caramelize.
  2. Add pineapple and cloves. Cook it till it caramelizes.
  3. Brush layers with filo with melted butter.
  4. Process strawberry in a blender and pass it through sieve.
  5. In strawberry juice add sugar and lemon juice.
  6. Put pineapple mixture on the filo sheet and fold it.
  7. Just bake it in the oven to give golden brown color and crispy.
